Ongoing Management

We recognize that the environment in your location(s) is constantly changing. These changes include adding or removing draught beer brands on tap, implementing new equipment or a change in staff. These changes can affect the accuracy of the data provided daily by the TapAdvisor System if they are not managed properly.

Change of Draught Beer Product on Tap - With the TapAdvisor Service, there is no requirement for your locations (or your corporate team) to manage any of product changes or tap handle changes. The TapAdvisor system recognizes when changes have been made and the TapDynamics Clients Services Team will update the TapAdvisor System for you.

New Equipment – If you install new equipment into your location(s), the TapAdvisor System will immediately recognize whether there are any problems with the draught beer system. By quickly identifying any potential issues, you can minimize the financial loss right away.

New Staff – If you add new managers or bar and wait staff to your team, the TapDynamics Client Services team is available to train the staff or answer questions on the TapAdvisor System
