The Daily Draught Beer Scorecard is a report summarizing the performance of each location’s draught beer performance. The Scorecard is a very easy way for you or your location managers to understand how they are performing.
Proactive Client Services Team
The TapDynamics Client Services Team serves as an important extension of your own team. It is their responsibility to constantly be monitoring your location(s) to help you identify ways to reduce draught beer loss and make the TapAdvisor Service an effective way to improve your profitability.
TapAdvisor Web Portal
The TapAdvisor Web Portal lets you and your managers see the performance of a specific location, or all the locations for which they are responsible.
Alerts
The TapAdvisor Service monitors and can provide both email and SMS alerts for many different conditions
Smart Phone Access
In addition to being able to access the TapAdvisor Web Portal from any Internet connected computer, you can also view the Web Portal from your smart phone, giving you complete flexibility to manage your draught beer product anywhere, anytime.
Installation and Activation
The installation and activation of the TapAdvisor Service is a very easy process. An experienced draught beer technician will install the TapAdvisor monitoring equipment at your location(s).
TapAdvisor Equipment
The TapAdvisor monitoring equipment includes two system components; the TapAdvisor Appliance and Flowmeters.
Training
As part of the TapAdvisor Activation process, TapDynamics provides detailed training for your team at each location.
Ongoing Management
We recognize that the environment in your location(s) is constantly changing. These changes include adding or removing draught beer brands on tap, implementing new equipment or a change in staff. These changes can affect the accuracy of the data provided daily by the TapAdvisor System if they are not managed properly.
