Bob has been a highly successful executive and sales leader, possessing over 25 years of experience in the beverage industry. Prior to joining TapDynamics as Chief Sales Officer, Bob served as Chief Executive Officer for Laminar Technologies. Prior to Laminar, Bob worked for Coors Brewing Company, where he served as National Channel Director-On Premise, and was responsible for directing the on-premise sales and business development indicatives. Among his accomplishments with Coors was implementing and directing a new structure and effort to promote Coors’ on premise national account business.

Prior to his time at Coors, Bob worked at Diageo Guinness USA, where he held positions in the National Accounts group for his final three years. In addition to Diageo, Bob served as the General Manager of Tower Beverages of West Texas, a Miller beer distributorship as well as holding several different sales management positions with Miller Brewing Company.

Jason Gould

Director of Client Operations / Client Services

Jason is a start-up veteran possessing a proactive work ethic in both sales and operations. A relationship-building specialist that has an eye for driving success in opportunity-challenged and sturdy markets.

Prior to joining TapDynamics, Jason worked in the financial services and hospitality industries. His experience as an account manager and inside sales representative in the financial services realm helped shape his core belief that ‘relationship building’ is the cornerstone of a successful business. The foundation of Jason’s experience is, however, in the hospitality industry where he was a General Manager in Tamarindo, Costa Rica and a Guest Services Manager in Portland, Oregon. Jason has even spent time balancing the food and beverage books as an Assistant Controller in Sausalito, California.
