Through our strategic partner Micro Matic, we are in the unique position of being able to complete a 1,000 unit deployment project, a neighborhood restaurant in North Dakota, a stadium in San Francisco or an airport bar in Orlando.

Micro Matic provides TapDynamics with the ability to provide highly reliable and professional installation services of our equipment. By working closely with Micro Matic’s broad and unique network of certified Dealer/Installers, TapDynamics has the flexibility to install and provide maintenance to any geographic location in North America. No other beverage monitoring company can offer that amount of coverage and reliability.

Micro Matic currently manages all in‐unit equipment service requirements. This allows TapDynamics to have a presence in small and large markets throughout North America.

And should there ever be a maintenance issue, TapDynamics is able to provide you with best-in-class on-site service.

The TapDynamics Client Services team also provides a first line of support through telephone and email support to all of our clients for any draught beer issue. Many of the problems are quickly identified and addressed without requiring an onsite visit. However, if a visit is required, our client service team can provide a recommended, certified draught beer service technician contact for you. We can even brief the technician before heading to your location. (Fees for service technician time do apply).
